MSG will then analyse and repair your defective mechanical seal and replace it in a mint condition. We will examine your defective seals and point out, for example, negative operating conditions, in a damage analysis. Our engineers can work out appropriate modifications to extend the service life. We pay attention to various factors when performing the repair work and are efficient in terms of time and cost, for example, we clean and reuse all reusable parts. With our own machinery with lapping and polishing machines and modern CNC turning and milling machines, we can perform all repairs promptly and reliably.

If repairing is expected to be useful, if you wish, we can bring them to a new condition in no time at all. The old mechanical seal is returned to you after it has gone through pressure testing and once it ready for use. Apart from a competent and comprehensive damage analysis or an evaluation of potential causes of damage, the MSG engineers will also give you useful tips for optimising the technical design.
